Our team consists of engineers who are expertly trained by renowned gaming product manufacturers to suit the position of being the first in line of communication with our customers on technical issues. Each engineer is therefore equipped with the technical skills required to provide quality engineering support and services. Services we proudly offer includes:
- Product installation, setup and relocation as well as game conversion and upgrade;
- Gaming table equipment support and services;
- Product-based and scenario-based solution training;
- Provide consultancy on Electronic Gaming Machines layout plan, technical requirement, jackpot parameters and machines related to new gaming venue setup;
- Provide customized electronic gaming machines preventive maintenance programme to reputable gaming venues throughout the Asia;
- Turnkey solution for Electronic Gaming machines’ (EGM) installations for gaming
